About The Leap Network
We See Healthcare Recruiting Differently
The Leap Network was created to address the shortage of diverse and underrepresented healthcare providers in America.
Access to these professionals can impact how patients are cared for. It can also determine how they experience the healthcare system.
By helping to place more diverse and underrepresented healthcare providers in community hospitals, health centers, and academic institutions, we look to help improve patient care.
